Let's exchange ideas

We have started monthly cluster level meeting to exchange ideas to teach effectively in class room. On 7^th August we called all the teachers of std 1^st and 2^nd at our cluster Rampura. The 12 teachers were teaching in the std 1^st and 2^nd.

I wrote 12 activities on different chits and told teachers to pick one. There were different activities like the discussion point, Class room Experience of last 2 months with different subject like Gujarati, Environment and Mathematics, month planning etc. We gave 30 mnts time to teachers for preparation of their subject they got on the chit.

The activities module was provided by SSAM to the CRC Coordinator to make the successful training.

Mr Dilipbhai Vadera, The Teachers Training Officer and Mr Rohitbhai Raval, BRC Coordinator visited during the training-meeting and guided us.
