The third round of teachers training at cluster level started from 4th December 2009. After Gunotsav and Ramatotsav now time came to concentrate in class room education. Teachers teach in their class room, makes experiment and use different techniques. During their class room experience if they found any problem or get good result they share with other teachers, get new techniques and do activities. We have covered December month’s curriculum during our schedule. We did many class room activities during the training. SSAM and UNICEF gave module for guidance. It was useful for us. With the help of module we follow all steps and did all activities. The problem we face during training is numbers of teachers. We had only 12 teachers in our cluster for training. Some clusters have less than 9 teachers also. Here are few snap shots saw our day….
