Chalo Vanchiye....how long ???

Yesterday while talking with Sri Vataliya sir, he asked me that if a vegetable vendor park his “Vegetable lari” on the road we blame him and police may punish him, if young person do the robbery system give him punishment . In these kind of case we may get loss of money but if students comes in standard 7^th and he can neither read nor write or make simple calculation why no one give punishment to teacher? Why no one go to the court and say that this teacher has spoiled my child’s life? If a doctor treat wrongly to patient we may go to court. There is accountability fixed for a doctor but why there is no accountability for a teacher? If a teacher not work properly he may spoils the life off his all students and their families.I was speech less and unable to reply him. I thought that our officers , government and society gave freedom, gave training and we run “Chalo Vanchiye”, “VALEG” and other programme to make students read, write and make calculation for last 8-10 years. How long we will run the kind of programme??Teachers were worried before Gunotsav and worked day and night to improve the quality but after gunotsav teacher felt that it was as like other programme ,just celebrate-complite and forget. The department should fix accountability and take harsh step for all…Principal, Teachers, CRCC’s and BRCC’s….The targets for “Chalo vanchiye” and other work should be given with time boundary and evaluation has to be properly.

If today we don’t take it seriously tomorrow the society will. Time will come when a person will go to court and ask the department that he gave all 7 years of his child but his child can neither read nor write…It is as like as kill a person…What we will say? We might have invested in LIC or other insurance, Mediclaime etc. for our better tomorrow..Government and our society trusted us. Now they may think...no mercy for employee...mercy should be in heart not for work. So, Let’s plane for our security and better future…Let’s work to make Swarnim Gujarat…
