Private tuition classes

Last couple of days we get advertisement leaflets for tuition classes. Government gives training to teacher every year and spends millions of rupees to keep them fresh and fully loaded with new method and techniques. Teachers are also qualified and know psychology of students and their parents. Primary school’s teacher has pedagogical knowledge also. Teacher teaches in the class as he gets training every year which is scientifically proved. But private classes and their teacher may not have knowledge of text book – how it written? What is the hidden element to teach? By teaching some topic what has to bring out ? The reason behind the lesson and many more. That’s why teacher in tuition classes can not teach in proper way or cannot bring out for what the lesson is written. In the classes their aim is to gets more percentages and for that they gives questions and pressurizes students to memories. Government started TAT for new teachers. Now time came to give training to private classes otherwise students all skill will die except try to memory. There should be certain rules for private classes because by open the classes we are playing with student’s future. There should be rules that without pedagogical knowledge or knowing child psychology no one can open private classes. There should be certified experienced advisor for classes who should have certificate of P.T.C. or B.Ed. We know that to open medical shop one should have Pharmaceutical education Certificate . Government should think about it…If untrained teacher cannot teach in the school how can people without pedagogical knowledge teach in private classes…? What is your suggestion? Please mail me.
