Steps for Suryanamaskara
Step-1
Stand straight with namaskara mudra. Take deep breath.

body backside with open hands parallel to your shoulders.
Step-3
Bent down and
put your hands on legs, legs must be sraight from knees and look towards knees.
Step-4
Sit and put left knee bent leg ahead and stretched right leg behind. Now Put your palms on the grounds.
Step-5
Stand up half
bent. Touch hands to the ground and look
towards knees.
Step-6
Sleep reverses side. Your nose, knees, toes should touch to the ground, Bent your hand from elbow and touch the ground.
Step-7
Now stretch body
from the waist towards the sky, Touch palms to the grounds and bend your elbow.
Keep legs straight towards the ground.
Step-8
Stand up half bend. Touch the ground and face towards knees.
Step-9
Sit and put
ahead left knee, bend leg and stretch right leg straight behind. Palms should touch
the grounds.
Step-10
Bend down and
put your hands on foot, legs must be straight from knees and look towards
knees.
Step-11
Stretch your body backside with open hands parallel to your shoulders.
Step-12
Stand straight with namaskara mudra. Release your breath slowly.
